BAAAAHHHH. We are so excited to share with you what has probably become Peter’s new favorite park: the Jack Smith Park. This hidden gem is nestled in south Cary and is packed with awesome features that include:
Amazing public art
A fun splash pad
A dog park
A rock climbing structure
Historic buildings
A playground and field with a paved walking trail
And did we mention the sheep? (Swipe left to see the story behind these cool statues.)
At this time, unfortunately due to COVID-19 restrictions, the playground and splash pad are not open, but that did not stop us from having a ton of fun when we visited. We are looking forward to coming back to Jack Smith in the future, though, to get the full experience once those features reopen. Have you been to Jack Smith Park? Let us know in the comments!
