This is your friendly reminder that we’ve arrived at the time of the year when Falls Lake and Jordan Lake day use areas are once again free! During the weekdays in September, and then every day beginning October 1st, these day use areas now have no entrance fee until we get to next April. (Weekends in September do still have entrance fees, but this stops once we hit October.)
These areas usually have lake beaches, small playgrounds, picnic areas, and trails. Some of our favorites that we have posts about are:
• Seaforth - Jordan Lake
• Parkers Creek - Jordan Lake
• Ebenezer Church - Jordan Lake
• Beaverdam - Falls Lake
